Marbella begins tomorrow the promotion phase to the Second Division in the first tie that will face the Peña Deportiva de Ibiza (10 pm) at the Marbella Fútbol Center facilities in the town of Malaga.
The Marbella team has been concentrated in a hotel in the municipality of Alhaurín El Grande since Thursday with all the squad available to face the first match and has important players such as Esteban Granero, Juanmi Callejón or Añón.
In case of victory, it is a single match, they would qualify for the second round and still have another match left to try to ascend to the silver category of Spanish football.
This ascent phase will feature venues such as La Rosaleda and the Ciudad de Málaga in the Capital of the Costa del Sol; Marbella will host the matches at El Municipal and Marbella Football Center, and Algeciras, the Nuevo Mirador.
The calendar resolves a championship tie between Castellón and Logroñés on Saturday, and Cartagena and Atlético Baleares on Sunday.
The group to which Marbella belongs, that of the second classified, will start with Marbella-Peña Deportiva and UD Ibiza-Cornellà tomorrow. On Sunday they will face Barcelona-Valladolid Promises and Cultural Leonesa-Yeclano Deportivo.
In the qualifying rounds of the third parties, the duels between Bilbao Athletic and Badajoz will take place, as well as Sabadell and Atlético de Madrid B.
Starting on Wednesday, the losers of the group of champions will face off against the winner of the second and fourth groups, where Marbella is, and the winner of the third group. The third and final phase will take place on Sunday, July 26.
