These are Saint-Ouen, Pantin, Pré-Saint-Gervais, les Lilas, Bagnolet, Romainville, Montreuil, Noisy-le-Sec, Rosny-sous-Bois, Neuilly-Plaisance, Villemomble, Gagny, Neuilly-sur -Marne, Noisy-le-Grand and Gournay-sur-Marne. At the beginning of December 2021, only the city of Coubron had reached this level.
The north of the department has slightly lower incidence rates
The northern part of the department is not to be outdone: almost all the towns there have an incidence rate of 500 to 1,000 cases, per 100,000 inhabitants.
