Map of France Covid: the list of departments in vulnerable situations

Data on the coronavirus situation in France continues to be closely monitored. More and more departments are once again becoming areas of vigilance due to the active circulation of the virus. This Tuesday, September 22, 2020, 90 departments are in a vulnerable situation, including 55 in the red zone. The entire Île de France and more than half of France are now concerned.

Regarding the development of the situation Tuesday 22 September 2020, there is 10.008 new confirmed cases in 24 hours. There is therefore in total at least 468.069 people affected by coronavirus since the start of the epidemic in France. There is, this September 22, 2020, 4.244 new people hospitalized during the last 7 days in France, including 651 patients in intensive care. 78 people are deceased in France during the last 24 hours or 31,416 in total.

90 departments are in vigilance :

Moderate level : 40 departments (Aisne, Allier, Ardèche, Ardennes, Ariège, Alpes de Haute Provence, Aube, Aude, Calvados, Cantal, Charente, Corrèze, Deux-Sèvres, Dordogne, Drôme, Eure, Eure-et-Loir, Haut-Rhin , Hautes Alpes, Hautes Pyrénées, Haute-Savoie, Haute Vienne, Loir et Cher, Lot, Lot et Garonne, Lozère, Mayenne, Mayotte, Meuse, Moselle, Morbihan, Nièvre, Oise, Réunion, Savoie, Seine-Maritime, Somme, Territoire de Belfort, Vosges, Yonne)

High level : 50 departments (Martinique, Guadeloupe (including Saint Martin and St Barthélémy), Ain, Alpes-Maritimes, Aveyron, Bas-Rhin, Bouches-du-Rhône, Côte d’Or, South Corsica, Doubs, Essonne, Gard, Gers, Gironde, Guyana, Haute Corse, Haute-Garonne, Upper Loire, Haute-Marne, Hauts-de Seine, Hérault, Indre-et-Loire, Loiret, Ille-et-Villaine, Isère, Landes, Loire, Loire-Atlantique, Maine-et-Loire, Marne, Meurthe et Moselle, North, Paris, Pas-de-Calais, Puy de Dôme, Pyrénées Atlantique, Pyrénées Orientales, Rhône, Sarthe, Seine et Marne, Seine-Saint-Denis, Saone and Loire, Tarn, Tarn-et-Garonne, Val-de-Marne, Val d’Oise, Var, Vaucluse, Vienne, Yvelines).

At Sunday, September 6, 2020, the incidence rate, i.e. the number of patients having a test Positive RT-PCR per 100,000 inhabitants per week was 70.52 compared to 56.2 the week before.
