Although all secondary schools can open again from Monday, that moment comes too early for a large number of schools. This is evident from a tour of the Stentor along school communities in the region. Some domes even doubt whether they will be ready before June 7 – the date on which they are obliged to open completely.

The full reopening was announced last week. Outgoing education minister Arie Slob considers the reopening justified because of the falling corona figures. Students and teachers should do a corona self-test twice a week to prevent any virus spread. All schools have received self-test kits from the ministry for this.
