Many PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 users say their accounts and games have been permanently suspended without them knowing why.
One user wrote on Reddit: “My account was permanently suspended for no reason?”, while another added: “There is no reason for this. Sony better fix this.”
Although Sony has not yet publicly acknowledged the issue, its help page listed some reasons that could lead to an account being suspended or suspended.
According to Sony’s help page, accounts can be permanently suspended for a number of reasons:
– If you upload or share content that violates the Community Code of Conduct, your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended depending on the severity of the violation.
– Your account can be suspended for sharing rude or hateful content in the form of text, audio, photos or videos.
