Molde municipality reports on Wednesday night 31 new cases of coronary heart disease.
Among those infected, there are both known close contacts and new ones without a known route of infection.
The municipality also states that there is a large age spread.
On Tuesday, a record number of cases of infection were registered in one day, when 35 new cases were reported.
Many of these were related to an outbreak at Bekkevoll youth school.
