  • 13GB = 50,000 IDR
  • 22 GB = 59,900 IDR
  • 30 GB = IDR 69,900
  • 33 GB = 74,900 IDR
  • 37 GB = IDR 79,900
  • 44GB = 100,000 IDR
  • Call = 100,000 IDR every 30 days.

Several users of the network also left comments on the post. Some of them have made the same complaint.

Steve Saerang, SVP-Head Corporate Communications Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, said the price adjustment was not done just to raise prices.

“Prices are adjusted according to applicable regulations in line with efforts to improve service quality and provide added value to customers through various collaborations with our partners,” he explained, when confirmed by Kompas.com, Monday (7/11/2022).

He explained that so far the IOH quota packages, both IM3 and 3, can be purchased through their respective applications.

The IM3 fee can be purchased through the MyIM3 application. Meanwhile, share 3 can be purchased through the Bima + application.

The pricing of the quota package in each application is also subject to transparent pricing conditions. Transparent means there are no additional terms and conditions.

“We can say that the price of the Internet package shown in the MyIM3 (IM3) and Bima + (3) applications is a transparent price and without additional terms and conditions,” continued Steve.
