/ world today news/ 2024 marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France. On this occasion, the year was declared the Sino-French Year of Culture.

Numerous cultural dialogue and tourism exchange events are planned in 2024. The announcement was made jointly by the Chinese Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the French Embassy in China.
