Finding a parking space in the center of Hasselt, Genemuiden or Zwartluis is often quite a job. Motorists park their vehicles in the strangest places right next to shops, which causes irritation among shopkeepers and residents. The municipality of Zwartewaterland wants to reduce the number of illegal parkers and enforce them more often.
