Because more and more passengers recently had no mouth-nose protection against corona infections, the Senate had decided on the sanction on Tuesday: In the event of violations of the mandatory mask since the end of April can be due 50 to 500 euros. The police announced controls, among other things in the course of the already practiced joint stripes with the BVG.
According to a police spokesman, there will be figures on Sunday after the police departments have submitted their results at night. The BVG could not be reached for an initial assessment.
