Manuel Neuer is one of the most successful professionals in Bundesliga history. With a win against RB Leipzig, the Bayern keeper could enter the history books – and thus overtake Oliver Kahn.
If FC Bayern wins today’s top game against RB Leipzig (from 6.30 p.m. in the t-online live ticker), it would be Manuel Neuer’s 310th Bundesliga win of his career. This would see the goalkeeper and captain of the reigning champions become the sole record holder.
Neuer currently shares first place in the ranking of the most Bundesliga victories with one of his predecessors in the Bayern goal, the current CEO of the record champions Oliver Kahn (309).
However, the win rate speaks clearly for Neuer anyway: The 35-year-old needed 458 Bundesliga appearances for his 309 wins so far, Kahn with 557 almost exactly 100 more.
