Manuel Jove has returned eagerly to the real estate business. The Galician businessman resumes his commitment to brick 13 years after selling his company Fadesa to Fernando Martín for 2,200 million euros, and he does so through the front door: will promote a new real estate development of 475 homes in Oleiros (A Coruña), the richest municipality in Galicia.
Avantespacia, the group’s real estate division Inveravante, owned by the businessman Manuel Jove, will be in charge of carrying out the project. The company has already launched the commercialization of the first phase of this project, called Finca de Xaz, which covers around a hundred units, according to the company.
Oleiros is the municipality with the highest per capita income in Galicia, and is among the 50 richest cities with more than 20,000 inhabitants in Spain. According to the statistics of urban indicators of the National Institute of Statistics (INE) in its 2019 report, which provides data for 2016, Oleiros is entitled to 15,333 euros per inhabitant.
Within the framework of this new development, there are 47 urbanized plots for the construction of single-family homes at the foot of the golf course, as well as semi-detached houses and apartments, integrated into low-rise buildings.
Avantespacia has more than 2,500 homes under development in premium areas of Madrid, Andalusia, the Canary Islands, Asturias, Navarra, Aragon, the Balearic Islands and Galicia on land of more than 1.5 million m2.
