BASSO MANTOVANO. A maxi-digital public competition for 10 administrative jobs is about to be opened in the Mantua area. The number of recruitments that this call provides is decidedly high for the small municipalities in the area and for many years such a substantial selection has not been announced. The 10 available positions are divided between Pegognaga, Quistello, Borgo Mantovano, Sustinente and Serravalle a Po (the latter two with the union of the Municipalities Mincio Po). The announcement was published in the Official Gazette on Friday. The positions sought are for administrative-accounting instructors.
It is the first competition that will take place with the new rules envisaged by the recently enacted law decree on the subject. Therefore, IT and digital tools will be used in the written test. For the first time, candidates will not have a protocol sheet and pen to answer the questions, but a laptop with dedicated software to answer the competition questions. In addition, the aptitudes of the candidates will also be assessed and not just the professional requirements, through the consulting assignment entrusted to a psychologist expert in the selection of public administration personnel. A fundamental requirement to participate in the competition is to have a high school diploma.
Candidates will be able to submit an application by midday of Monday 5 July to the Municipality of Pegognaga, leader of the competition procedure. Leading the administrative procedures is Claudio Bavutti, municipal secretary in the municipalities of Pegognaga and Quistello. The assignment of the winners to the individual bodies will take into consideration both the requests of the Municipalities and the needs of the candidates and their respective attitudes.
