Los Angeles.- A man who shot his neighbor through a wall in a West Hollywood apartment on Friday escaped and is currently a fugitive from justice.
Identified as Joshua Findley, 31, is described as a Hispanic male who is 6 feet tall and weighs 210 pounds. He has brown eyes; black hair; and tattoos on his face, neck, arms and legs. Findley is considered armed and dangerous, authorities said.
The shooting reportedly occurred early in the morning at The Dylan Apartments on Santa Monica Boulevard in response to a noise complaint, authorities said. At the scene, a 50-year-old woman had to be transported to a hospital with two gunshot wounds, one to the neck and one to the leg, LASD said. The injuries were not life threatening to her.
As of Friday night, Findley escaped from the apartment complex and remains at large. He has two outstanding warrants for his arrest.
