A man described as “extremely dangerous” is wanted by police in both Philadelphia and New York.

It is about Termaine Saulsbury, 39 years old and originally from the town of Brotherly Love, who allegedly committed several random acts for no apparent reason, leaving two serious people.

The event in Philadelphia was recorded on November 25 at the 4500 block of Frankford Avenue.

According to investigators, the suspect shot a Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) worker near the left ear and shoulder. The affected person was seriously ill in hospital, but is now recovering satisfactorily at home.

“We are joining efforts with the NYPD for the specific details of the suspect, the weapon used and the mode of operation. NYPD investigators provided us with video of the act that occurred with another worker in the Bronx and we were able to identify the individual,” said Captain John Walker of the Shooting Investigation Group.

He explained that they believe the suspect is in Philadelphia right now and that “if a family member or friend is helping him, they should alert the authorities, because otherwise they will also be arrested.”

The official added that this individual is estimated to be attacking again, so “we urge people not to live in fear, but to remain vigilant. There are many things that have changed since the pandemic and we have to be careful about everything”.

The incident in New York occurred on November 22 in the 2200 block of Boston Road in the Bronx.

Anyone with additional details to help capture the suspect can call 215-686-8270 or text 215-686-TIPS (8477).
