British police have been searching for days for Abdul Shokoor Ezedi, who injured twelve people in a chemical attack in London on Wednesday. A tip of 20,000 pounds (more than 23,000 euros) has now been offered.

Ezedi, 35, threw a corrosive liquid in south London on Wednesday evening. A mother, her two children and nine others were injured. The suspect had a relationship with the woman, sources report Sky News. The substance he threw was sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate, according to police.

The man was last seen traveling on public transport just after 9:30 pm local time that evening. CCTV footage shows that he is injured in the face.

The 31-year-old woman and her daughters, aged eight and three, are still in hospital. It is unclear how the other victims are doing. Several people were injured when they tried to help the woman and her daughters after the attack.

The police have received many tips, but have not yet found Ezedi. That is why the tip money is now being offered. It is expected that there are people who know more about the man’s whereabouts.
