The Corcoran Agency, which markets the property, speaks on its website of a “real treasure”. The maison was built on the initiative of the great-great-grandson of Peter Stuyvesant, one of the founders of a Dutch colony in the UNITED STATES. It therefore has a colonial style and has hardly been rearranged, indicates Mension Global.
