Manhattan Urinating Car Slashing Incident Leaves Victim Clinging to Life – NYPD Seeks Suspect

A man who was urinating in a parked car in Manhattan slit the throat of a pedestrian who told him to stop.leaving the victim badly injured and clinging to life, authorities reported Monday.

The 66-year-old man and two other passersby complained when they observed the stranger urinating in a parked vehicle. E. 14th St. near First Ave. in East Village around 5:05 p.m. Sunday, officials said.

This caused an argument, in which the victim was cut in the neck, leaving himwith what police officials described as a “serious laceration”.

The other bystanders who were with him during the altercation were not injured.

This Monday, the New York Police Department (NYPD) released surveillance images of the suspect and asked for the public’s help in identifying him and subsequently locate him for arrest.
