4- Vitamin A contributes to reducing the risk of age-related macular degeneration, such as glaucoma and cataracts.

5- Vitamin A makes the eye less susceptible to infection, as it has antimicrobial properties.

Moreover, mangoes contain two other eye-beneficial elements, lutein and zeaxanthin, which act as a protective barrier against the sun’s harmful rays and the blue light emitted from electronic panels, according to Healthline.

The nutritionist pointed out that there are other benefits that mango provides to the body in general, the most important of which are:
