Mangaluru blast case charged in Aluva for 5 days; Mangaluru Blast is not only at the blast site

Kochi – Investigative agencies have confirmed that Mohammad Shariq (24), accused in the Mangaluru blast case, stayed in Ernakulam Aluva for five days. The Kerala Police Counter Terrorist Team found out that he had been staying in Aluva for five days since 13 September. The investigation team identified that he has reached Kerala more than five times. Officials say they are trying to clarify where he stayed in Aluva and who he visited.

Meanwhile, a joint meeting of central and state agencies has begun in Kochi to assess the state’s security situation and discuss precautions to be taken following the explosions in Coimbatore and Mangalore. The meeting is held in the office of the Central Intelligence Bureau. We learn that senior officials from agencies including Ro.
