The group, despite the name, was born in Rome, and they have made the leap to the European competition after winning the number edition 71 of the famous San Remo festival. Name Moonlight It is a Danish term that means ‘moonlight’, and it occurred to one of the components, which is originally from Denmark. They have achieved a milestone that seemed impossible: winning San Remo and Eurovision in the same year, just a few weeks apart. They became known at the talent Italian musical X Factor, where they were in second position.
