The Italian rock band Måneskin entered the official German single charts with their winning title from the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) “Zitti e Buoni”. No ESC winning title has been so high for six years.
These bands are coming to Rock im Park 2022
There was a compulsory break for two years, in 2022 there will be rocking again on the zeppelin field so that the walls are shaking. The organizers have already confirmed the following bands.

Another Måneskin song made it into the charts: “I Wanna Be Your Slave” from the current album “Teatro d’ira – Vol. I” rose to number 65.
Måneskin are also represented several times in the Global Spotify Charts: “Zitti e Buoni” is currently number 11, “I Wanna Be Your Slave” is number 26 and “Coraline” from the album Teatro d’ira – Vol. I “is number 145.
Shrill and weird: That was the ESC 2021
Italy wins the ESC 2021, Germany comes second to last with three grace points from Austria. After the pandemic-related cancellation in 2020, the ESC took place on May 22nd with 3500 tested spectators in the Ahoy Arena in Rotterdam. Weird appearances and flashy to sexy costumes dominated the image of the music competition.

“Zitti e Buoni” was the Eurovision song 2021 most streamed on Spotify between March and May endeavors to change the world through music and to fight prejudice – a central theme in Måneskin’s work.
Rock im Park: New bands for 2022 have been announced
Written and composed entirely by the band, “Zitti e Buoni” has meanwhile reached more than 52 million streams and thus double platinum status.
The video, which was directed by Simone Peluso, shows the band members Damiano, Victoria, Thomas and Ethan in different scenes during an energetic performance on a minimalist set in which the music is in the foreground.
Måneskin can also be seen in Germany in 2022, at Rock im Park and Rock am Ring. The band said: “We have always dreamed of playing on these stages. It is incredible for us to be part of this fantastic line-up.”
