Cha Kwo Ling Laguna City Tower 5 was included in the mandatory testing announcement last Wednesday (November 30), requiring certain people to undergo testing in the next two days. After the deadline passed, the government conducted a surprise inspection of the building this morning (4) and found that 11 people had failed to comply with the announcement of mandatory testing. The Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau and its departments, together with the Kwun Tong Police District and the Health Department, checked the test certificates of 268 people tested at the entrance and exit of the ‘building from about 8:30 to 11:30 am, and found that 11 people failed to comply with the mandatory test announcement.
The government stresses that anyone who fails to comply with the announcement of the mandatory test can be fined 10,000 yuan and given a mandatory test order requiring testing within a specified period. Violators can be fined 50,000 yuan and jailed for 6 months.
