TURIN. Tampons mandatory for those returning from France: a new task for the Piedmontese health system. Today the Minister of Health signed a new ordinance extending the obligation of molecular or antigenic testing to citizens from Paris and from areas of France with significant circulation of the virus: Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Corsica, Hauts-de-France, Île-de-France, New Aquitaine, Occitania, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.
Service
In Piedmont, the service for carrying out these tampons is active in all local health companies, both through direct access to the addresses and at the times indicated on the sites of the ASL themselves, and by booking.
From the Piedmont Regional Health Department, it is advisable to perform the swab at the home health authority, to avoid misunderstandings with the bodies responsible for controlling circulation, as the fiduciary isolation provides for a limitation of travel. The same obligation to swab remains for citizens from Spain, Greece, Croatia and Malta, already considered countries with a high risk of contagion.
