Manchester United are hunting for a new striker for next season, and Harry Kane reportedly the main target. But recent conditions make it difficult to materialize.
Kane’s contract at Tottenham Hotspur has only one year left, and until now it has not been extended. If it fails to reach the renewal, then the Spurs only have a chance to cash in this summer. Beyond that, he can go for free.
But Sky Sports reports Tottenham are reluctant to let Kane go, let alone to MU or other fellow English clubs, because it makes the rivals stronger. Even if forced Spurs prefer to release him abroad, for example Real Madrid.
Los Blancos are also looking for a new striker after the withdrawal of Karim Benzema. Joselu is rumored to be present, but he is not a long-term option. It seems that the 33-year-old Espanyol striker was prepared as a backup.
