Manchester United star Luke Shaw was inclined for England’s Euro 2020 side this summer – ahead of Chelsea’s Ben Chilwell.

Shaw has been really impressive this season
Shaw, 25, has impressed during United’s attacking stages of play under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, while posting excellent defensive numbers, as his side look set for an impressive campaign.
Now coupled with a downward turn in form for Chilwell, who looked set to be a shoo-in for England boss Gareth Southgate at the Summer European Championship post, he’s linked with a return to the international fold. .
The eight-cap Red Devils ace last started a Three Lions game in September 2018, and his second to last was exactly three years before September 2015.
And Trevor Sinclair, who represented England 12 times – four at the 2002 World Cup, backed Shaw to get the nod after his astonishing progress.

“I’ve been a huge fan of him this season,” he told talkSPORT. “I think he was exceptional and in fact the last game against Sheffield United [Alex] Telles played for him and I thought it was a big mistake from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer because he was brilliant.
“He’s come, he looks better. People talk about her figure. It does not matter his form if he takes the distances and is in good shape. I think he’s a great player.
“I prefer him for the England team in Euros, I have to be honest, because I actually feel he is doing better than Ben Chilwell.
