But now Manchester United coach Eric ten Haag has come forward saying that the player has a serious injury and Garnachok needs a few weeks of rest. Currently, the 18-year-old has become a valuable addition to the Red Devils’ squad.
But after the news came out that the player may miss further matches due to the injury sustained by Angle during the Europa League match, the fans are very disappointed.
Ten Haag revealed Garnacho’s injury after the match against Real Betis in Europe.
“I don’t have an exact idea of whether I will play as Garnacho.
Sometimes it can take weeks. His injury is somewhat serious. Garnacho’s injury is a big blow for us after Eriksen,’ said ten Haag.
Meanwhile, United are currently third in the Premier League with 50 points with 15 wins from 26 matches.
Next up for the club is a Europa League pre-quarter match against Real Betis on March 16.
