Manchester United Eyeing Potential Transfer of Moussa Diaby as Jadon Sancho Replacement

The French winger has impressed in the Bundesliga of late and a bigger move is surely in store for him in the near future, with interest from the Premier League seemingly on the rise.

Arsenal were recently pegged as Diaby’s suitor by the Evening Standard while Man Utd now appear to be eyeing the 23-year-old as a potential replacement for underachieving Jadon Sancho, according to the Daily mail.

The Red Devils surely need to think of a solution to their Sancho problem, as the England international has been so disappointing in his two seasons at Old Trafford.

While Sancho is still young enough to turn things around, Erik Ten Hag may be running out of patience for a signing brought in by his predecessor Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Ten Hag would do well to put his own stamp on this team, and Diaby looks like a good fit for the club to consider.

Arsenal also seem to need a bit more depth and variety up front, but it probably wouldn’t be seen as such an urgent problem at the Emirates Stadium, where midfielders and defenders can be a priority.
