RB Leipzig 1-3 Manchester City
Manchester City are back on track to win again. After experiencing defeat throughout 2 games including every previous program.
Phil Foden gave the English visitors the lead in the 25th minute, but shortly after the second half Leipzig equalized through Luis Openda.
“The Blues” went ahead and attacked hard towards the end of the game. Before two reserves, Julian Alvarez and Jeremy Doku, came down to score a goal each. Let the attacking team win with a score of 3-1.
This game ends even though Manchester City leads Group G in the UEFA Champions League with 6 full points from 2 matches.
GK: Ederson – 5/10
Only got shot on target once. But that led to Leipzig’s equalizing goal, which largely had more to do with the build-up.
RB: Kyle Walker – 7/10
Did an excellent job both defensively and offensively. Use your speed to your advantage when dueling the home offensive line, causing Luis Openda and Xabi Simmons to not want to duel one-on-one much.
CB: Manuel Akanji – 6/10
Playing in the same role as John Stones, filling in to help the midfield when the team attacks the home team. Considered to be doing well in an unfamiliar position.
CB: Ruben Dias – 6/10
There wasn’t any ugly mistake. But I haven’t had much testing to show my quality.
LB: Yosco Guardiol – 7/10
Made an impressive performance when facing his old club. and seems to adapt to Manchester City better and better
DM: Rodri – 7/10
It shows that having him control the game in midfield is very important to Manchester City, even on days when Rodri is not at his best.
DM: Rico Lewis – 8/10
Unbelievable, this is the work of an 18-year-old kid who adds to the attacking game when he has the opportunity. Don’t be so rash that you look careless. before making an assist for Foden to shoot into the lead
RM: Bernardo Silva – 7/10
On days when Manchester City’s right wing was in trouble, Bernardo was always the solution for the team. The versatile star has performed well in the role he made famous during his spells at Benfica and Monaco.
AM: Phil Foden – 8/10
Also named as the scorer. Trying to play more easily than in the past, which makes it look better than expected. Created many chances in the second half. Considered to be doing well with the role of playmaker that Pep has hinted in the past that he always wanted Foden to play.
LM: Jack Grealish – 5/10
It was a disappointing game for the £100 million winger, who had a difficult duel with Mohamed Simakon before being substituted to make way for Dogu, who was vying for his position in the latter stages.
CF: Erling Haaland – 5/10
Plenty of shooting opportunities, should have a lot of names on the scoreboard. It’s been like this for 2 consecutive matches.

Nathan Ake (in place of Akanji, 71′) – 6/10 – Perform duties as assigned But the game is tighter than Akanji’s.
Jeremy Dogu (replaces Grealish, 71′) – 8/10 – The final decision evolves. This led to an assist for Alvarez and a shot to close the box himself.
Julian Alvarez (replaces Foden, 79′) – 8/10 – Come on down and truly change the game. Take turns playing with Dogu, which in this game shoots 1, pays 1 as well.
Matheus Nunes (replaces Bernardo, 87′) – N/A – Too little time to rate
