Make a mess Manchester City. Goalkeeper Ederson was withdrawn in the eighth minute and replaced by Ortega. Ederson had a collision with Longstaff (when Newcastle’s goal was disallowed) and ultimately was unable to continue the match. He walked with a limp from the field.

Bernardo Silva bawa Manchester City took the lead in the 26th minute. Bernardo completed Walker’s pass with a back heel kick.
The Newcastle players protested to the referee. Because previously, Gordon was dropped by Ruben Dias but the referee did not consider it a violation.
Two minutes later, Foden almost doubled his lead. Unfortunately, his shot from inside the penalty box went wide. Bernardo had another chance, but Dubravka was able to deny it.
Newcastle’s first goal!
Alexander Isak equalized in the 35th minute. Starting from Bruno Guimaraes’ cross from the middle of the field, Isak was in an onside position this time. Having been overshadowed by Walker, the striker coolly kicked the ball into the top right corner of the goal!
Newcastle’s second goal!
Anthony Gordon’s turn added superiority Newcastle United in the 37th minute. Gordon smoothly stabbed into the right side of the Man City defense, then curled a shot even though Walker was shadowing him.
Again counterattack! Isak almost added to his tally, if his close-range shot had not been blocked by Ortega.
