All the way through flexible working (and working at home), people also plan meetings later or call.
I just still work from 8 to 4:30 am, and lately I have been called after 5 pm (and then find it strange that I no longer answer).

I have sometimes called at half past eight in the morning, and you are told do you know how early it is, or yes now I am busy with the kids who have to go to school I only start around 9 am.

I don’t turn off my mobile but it goes on do not disturb at 10:00 PM, this goes until 8:00 AM.
Then set up apps also do not give notifications, also no icon with the apps that there is a new message and stuff.
So if I were to grab my phone at half past eight and look, there would be no notifications, no bubble or number on whatsapp or something that there is something new, just as if there is nothing new yet.

In any case, I already hate notifications, have most apps turned off, also report group messages completely off in whatsapp.
So I don’t get any notifications when @ is tagged, only with a private message from other apps, I don’t actually get any notifications (not even from mail or anything).
