The Lärmliga Schweiz is the only Swiss non-governmental organization that deals exclusively with noise protection issues. The independent association is committed to protecting over one million people affected by noise that affects their health and quality of life.

As of January 1, 2022 or by agreement, we are looking for a person in employment or a: n client: to run our office with the following work focuses:

  • Communicative and political campaigns and awareness-raising work in German and Latin-speaking Switzerland
  • Coordination and management of the business of the Lärmliga Schweiz
  • Ensuring all administrative and organizational matters of a nonprofit organization
  • Fundraising and recruiting

For this we expect

  • Proven several years of experience in leading a nonprofit organization and / or in communication and campaigning
  • Proven project management and fundraising experience
  • Affinity, commitment and, if possible, experience and networking in the environment, climate and / or health promotion area
  • good understanding of the political structures in Switzerland
  • very good language skills in German and French, other languages ​​desirable
  • Willingness to familiarize oneself with the topic of noise protection and to work for the protection of those affected by noise in the long term as part of an NPO
