Bookwire is a growing, international company specializing in the sale of e-books, audiobooks and print-on-demand products. As a full-service partner for our customers in the publishing industry, we offer the entire process of digital business, from the creation of digital formats to digital delivery and marketing to billing.
What’s waiting for you
As Manager Executive Operations, you will work closely and directly with the Bookwire founders and the management and will be operationally involved in their projects. As the central interface between the management and the other project participants, you will assume a responsible position and gain exciting insights into different areas – from corporate communications topics to new business models and legal matters. You can contribute your strategic thinking and actively shape Bookwire’s corporate development.
Your tasks
- Project management and coordination for the Bookwire management
- Participation in the corporate communications team
- Event-Organisation
- Contact person for sponsoring
- Negotiate with service providers, agencies and partners
- Contact person for corporate design questions
- Developing and coordinating marketing and design issues
- Administrative tasks
Your background
- You have successfully completed your studies and have a good command of English.
- You have already gained initial experience in project management.
- You are well organized, discreet, strong in communication and have a friendly and confident demeanor.
- You are quick to grasp and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- You have a “hands on” mentality, have the ability to keep track of things and are actively involved in change processes.
- You look forward to being part of our dynamic team, independently and together, creating and moving things.
