A video of men indoctrinating suspected members Youth of Pancasila (PP) went viral on social media. The Pancasila Youth Board suspected that the video was deliberately spread to bring down the PP organization.
According to the Head of the Legal Counseling and Defending Agency (BPPH) for Pemuda Pancasila, Razman Nasution, the perpetrators could have acted in the name of the PP organization to tarnish the good name of the organization.
“Yes, I think so. But what is certain is that this scenario can happen. For example, a video was created to make it appear that the PP is not good,” said the Head of the Pancasila Youth Counseling and Legal Defending Agency (BPPH), Razman Nasution when contacted. detik.com, Saturday (11/27/2021).
Youth of Pancasila Still investigating about the video. Pemuda Pancasila is also looking for the figure of the man who indoctrinated ‘Members of Pemuda Pancasila’ to kill him.
According to information obtained by Pemuda Pancasila, the video clip is an old video. Pemuda Pancasila is still exploring further who the figure in the video is.
“I got information that it is an old video, of course we will find out where this video is, what year, who (the person) is,” he said.
Not Sure The Perpetrator Is A PP Cadre
Razman was not sure that the man was a cadre of Pemuda Pancasila. Because according to him, the doctrine that the man carried out was contrary to the AD/ART of the Pancasila Youth organization.
“What is certain is that we met yesterday with the Kabagops and his team according to the communication between the Kapolda and the DirCrimum. We have conveyed that we’re not sure it’s a PP cadre, “said Razman.
Razman added that his party will take legal steps if it is proven that the man is not a PP cadre. Pemuda Pancasila will bring the perpetrators to the legal process.
“Later we will report the person concerned to the police to find out what his standing is because this person has committed slander and hate speech so that PP is dragged away. There is only one BPPH administrator who WAs me and says it’s an old photo. We’ll try to trace these videos and what is certain is that this is not relevant to the current case,” said Razman.
However, if the man turns out to be a true cadre, Pemuda Pancasila will give strict sanctions to the dismissal of the perpetrators. And if in the future someone brings the video to the legal realm and it is proven that the perpetrator is a member of the PP, Youth of Pancasila will not provide legal assistance to the perpetrators.
“It could go up to dismissal and if it’s true and someone reports hate speech and he does that, it’s clearly not in accordance with the AD/ART PP and we will not defend the law, if it’s a PP cadre. We also have limits. We’re looking into it. and we are sure it is not PP,” he explained.
