About the course
As a manager, you are permanently operating in a field of tension: you are expected to achieve new and challenging goals and at the same time to motivate your employees, who need a feeling of continuity and security. This program provides you with the right tools to meet this challenge.
The topics: How do I mobilize employees and teams? How can I recognize their strengths and promote their potential? How do I support and manage their proactiveness and their ability to innovate?
In the course of this program, you will analyze your own leadership competencies, benefit from the feedback of experienced coaches and thus be able to unlock your full potential. The course is not limited to your role as a superior. It will also examine your behavior as a colleague, employee and private person as well as the way you deal with leadership situations in your day-to-day work.
As an English-speaking alternative, we recommend our „Leading People and Teams“ seminar. As further advanced German-speaking courses, we are happy to offer „Veränderungsinitiativen führen“.
Who should attend
- The program is aimed at executives with at least three years of experience who would like to reflect on and further improve their leadership behavior.
