Man without the patch taken twice in 24 minutes

According to the Southeast police district, the car with the man in it was stopped at the Sky junction on E18 in Larvik at 1.40. He was then reported for driving without a valid driver’s license.

– It was a bit random and a bit of a gut feeling from the police, says assignment manager Jan Tore Gregersen to NTB.

At 2.04, the police stopped the man again, this time on Movegen in Porsgrunn, not far from the E18.

– He has then made the decision and the chance to drive on, says the assignment manager.

It only took 24 minutes between the two times the man was stopped.

– It is not often we experience it. This is one of the rarities, concludes assignment manager Gregersen.

The car’s license plate has been seized, and in addition, a ban on the use and sale of the car has been decided, the police say.
