Luke Shaw says Manchester United’s 2-0 defeat to Newcastle United is unacceptable.
Shaw spoke to Sky Sports after the game.
“I don’t think Newcastle are ahead in quality today. I won in passion, longing, desire, and attitude”
said.
“Obviously the opponent had a higher motivation than us. It didn’t work. It is unacceptable.”
“Today was a big match, and the opponent wanted more. Manchester United shouldn’t be like this.”

“We didn’t make much. Even before the national team break, our level was dropping. It was clear today.”
“The players and staff talked in the locker room. Ultimately, on the pitch, the players have to do it.”
“We fell short, and we needed to talk. We need to give each other a voice.”

“We can still have a good season. It is important to quickly realize problems and change.”
