Ole Gunnar Solskjaer needs to be fired by Manchester United right now.
This is the opinion of a Red Devils fan, who joined talkSPORT in endorsing Diego Simeone’s appointment as Solskjaer’s replacement at Old Trafford.

Is Solskjaer’s time running out after this latest loss?
United legend Solskjaer is under real pressure right now, especially after Tuesday’s Champions League loss to RB Leipzig eliminated the Red Devils from the Champions League.
Instead, they will play the Europa League for the remainder of the season, despite needing only one point from their last two group stage matches to reach the round of 16 of Europe’s top club competition.
Domestic performances have been equally shaky, with a string of comeback victories wallpapering some pretty visible cracks, though there’s no getting around the fact that if United win their game at hand, they’ll be only two points behind the league leaders. Premier League, Tottenham.
Still, Solskjaer is under great pressure and many feel the ax could be aimed at the Old Trafford hero; the odds certainly suggest that this is the case.

And Jonathan, the Man United fan, joined talkSPORT on Wednesday to make it clear that he thinks it’s time for Ole to go.
“Harry Maguire for £ 80 million,” began an astonished Jonathan. Leicester must be laughing out loud!
“Maguire came out after the game and said they weren’t on it for the first 20 minutes; Oh sorry, did you want a wake-up call after half an hour?
“That performance was happening, the PSG performance was happening, West Ham, Southampton… it’s the same, every week.”
TalkSPORT host Jim White asked, ‘Jonathan, what has to happen?’
Simon Jordan blames Ed Woodward for hiring Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who he believes does not have the ‘X Factor’ to manage Manchester United.
“Ole needs to go,” replied the Red Devils fan angrily. “I have nothing against the guy, but he needs to go.
And as Simon [Jordan] said last week, there are two or three options.
“United fans may not like this, but they need to have a Diego Simeone type character, someone to solve that club.”
