Risqi Ariskalaki (29) was named a suspect persecution a boy with the initials HZ (3) broke his neck and fell into a coma. The victim is the nephew of the perpetrator’s girlfriend.
“The suspect, Risqi Ariskalaki, 29 years old, does not work. He lives on Jalan Sawo, Batu Ampar, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta,” said East Jakarta Police Chief Commissioner Leonardus Simarmata to journalists at the East Jakarta Metro Police, Tuesday (12/12/2023).
Leonardus said that his party had collected a number of pieces of evidence in the form of: seen and found1 set of victim’s clothes, and video recording of the victim’s abuse.
The police have also examined 5 witnesses, namely the reporter, the RT head, the victim’s aunt, the landlord and the victim’s neighbor.
As a result of his evil deeds, Risqi was ensnared by Article 76 C juncto Article 80 of Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection and Article 351 of the Criminal Code.
“The threat is 15 years in prison,” he explained.
Risqi was detained and questioned by the police to complete his case file and handed over to the prosecutor’s office until he was brought to court. Risqi is suspected of abusing the victim in a rented house in Batu Ampar, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, since early November 2023.

The toddler with the initials HZ (3) is in a coma due to abuse carried out by Risqi. The victim, who is still being treated at the National Police Hospital, is accompanied by his biological father.

The victim was entrusted to his aunt because his mother worked as an Indonesian migrant worker (PMI) in Malaysia.
