In the German city of Oberhausen, just across the border with the Netherlands, four people were injured in a stabbing incident. According to German media a man stabbed people around 7 p.m. The suspected perpetrator has been arrested, the police say.
Police confirm that people have been attacked with a knife. The injured have been taken to local hospitals. One of the injured was said to have been mortally wounded.
