A 64-year-old man died after being stabbed at the end of Sunday night, in the town of Gandarela, parish of Basto S. Clemente, in the municipality of Celorico de Basto.
According to what MINHO learned, the situation will have occurred around 22:00.
For now, the circumstances of the crime are unknown.
The man, a cleaning official in the municipality of Celorico de Basto, was in a room on the ground floor of the room, where he lived with his wife.
As far as MINHO was concerned, he had facial injuries.
The Judiciary Police is investigating and was at the scene last night to collect evidence.
The Red Cross of Gandarela de Basto provided help.
The victim died on the spot.
The body was transported, already at 1:40 am, to the Institute of Legal Medicine of Guimarães by the Celoricense Firefighters.
