In Rotterdam someone was shot on the street. The victim was taken to a hospital with multiple gunshot wounds. Three men have been arrested.
The incident happened just after 6 p.m. in the IJsselmonde district. The victim, a 19-year-old man from Rotterdam, was found near a car in a parking lot. Bystanders said the perpetrators had fled in a dark car.
Moments later, the three suspects were arrested a few blocks away. They were in a car.
