NEW YORK — A 51-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot in the head when he was apparently adding gas to his car early Friday morning in the Bronx, New York City Police said.
According to the police report, the victim was at about 12:45 am at the gas station located in 1805 Webster Ave in Tremont when a suspect tried to rob him. The victim allegedly sprayed the suspect with the gas and then the suspect reportedly shot him in the head.
So far there are no arrests or description of the suspect.
This is a case under investigation.
