The argument began when the murderer went up one floor and demanded that the father and stepson turn down the noise. A woman left the apartment and argued with the man. Her son, identified as Chinwai Mode, 27, joined the discussion.
In the video, an enraged man, the young man’s stepfather, identified as Bladomy Mathurin, 47, a school bus driver, is seen leaving his apartment with scissors in his hand and confronts his neighbor.

Marie Delille, wife of the shooter, confessed that they had been in a dispute over the noise for years, until her husband began hitting the victims’ apartment to make the noise stop.
“My husband didn’t have a gun,” said the victims’ wife, who questioned him for shooting her husband and son nine times in front of her 10-year-old daughter.
