NORTH DISTRICT – Kees Kooijmans has rescued many marine mammals in distress from the Noordwijk beach, but a beaver is also a novelty for him. “I’ve been doing this job for 32 years now and I’ve never experienced this before. I also checked with others via apps, but they have never had this issue either,” says the Noordwijker.
