The victim was released on parole on October 12 after almost two years behind bars for conviction of assault and threatening a police officerrecords show.
A kitchen helper witness at Bronx Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Carpenter Ave. said David was dressed in patterned pajama pants when she was killed.

Last week two men were injured in a shooting at a marijuana store in Brooklyn and one of the victims stumbled several blocks to a New York Subway station where he collapsed.
Earlier this month in a similar case, the owner of a laundromat was fatally shot during a group robbery at his business in Brooklyn (NYC). They took his gold chain.
