During this morning, the President of the Republic, Sebastian Pinera received his fourth dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, as part of the start of the inoculation process for people over 55 years of age.
While the president was waiting at a vaccination site in the Futrono commune, an older adult summoned him because of the enactment of same-sex marriage last December.

“I really believed that, I imagined that you were concentrated within the law of God (…) But, Mr. President, when you sign equal marriage, for me you departed so much from the law of God, that it is further than from here to Santiago, because the same bible that we find in Genesis, chapter III, says that man will leave…”, declared the subject.
It should be remembered that the regulations were promulgated on December 9 of last year in a ceremony at the Palacio de La Moneda. At that time, the president commented that “the time has come to give full value to the dignity of all relationships of affection and love between two people.”
