LANCASTER, KOMPAS.com – A Men of English, David Clark (56), was killed by a couple siblings put the meat kebab to his mouth while sleeping in a state drunk.
Launch Daily Star, Tuesday (4/5/2021), the incident occurred in the carriage the car on March 2, 2019 in Lancaster, England.
The two brothers are named David Noble (34) and Nicole Cavin (24). Noble comes from Grange-Over-Sands, Cumbria, while Cavin from Flookburgh, Cumbria.

According to a number of witnesses, the victim appeared to be sleeping when the brothers started to put the kebab meat into his mouth.
After that, the victim unconsciously vomits and wakes up. But the victim fainted while trying to stand up.
Cavin, who was working as a caregiver at the time of the incident, removed some of the meat from the victim’s mouth.
When the paramedics arrived, they removed more food from the victim’s throat before she was rushed to the hospital.

At the hospital, the victim received treatment but was pronounced dead the next day.
The court heard that the brothers actually knew the victim a few days before the incident.
On the day of the incident, Noble and Cavin sat together while Clark and his friend boarded the same train in Lancaster.
Brother and sister then found guilty of murder. The two will be sentenced at Preston’s Nightingale Court in a follow-up trial.

Investigating officer DS Gemma Jones, of the British Transport Police, said this was a very tragic case.
“This is a very tragic case and we send our sincere sympathies to the family of victim David Clark,” said Jones.
He admitted that he was happy that now the case was finally resolved.
Inspector Steve May added that the case was an unusual and very complex legal case.

“And I commend the courage of the witnesses who gave statements and those who attended the court to provide evidence,” said May.
“The Clarks family’s honor and patience have been exemplary and I hope they will be comforted by the news that justice has been served,” added May.
He added that his team also deserves appreciation for doing a consistent and thorough job to solve the case.
