ALKMAAR – A 20-year-old man from Beverwijk was injured in a stabbing incident on the Voordam in Alkmaar in the night from Saturday to Sunday. The man was still able to speak and was taken to hospital, a police spokesperson said. Shortly after the stabbing incident, a 21-year-old man from Alkmaar was arrested and is being held for questioning.
