A Kentucky man was arrested for strangling and beating a child after posting a video of the disgusting abuse Snapchat.
Benjamin Franklin23, of Carrollton, was arrested Thursday after his mother’s 2 years take him to the hospital for treatment face and neck injuriesaccording to WAVEaffiliate of NBC not Louisville.
